What You Get

We Offer Desirable Amenities for an Uplifting and Positive Sober Living Experience

What is in the houses, what is at one property only, and what it actually means.

01 Convenient locations Where the houses sit

Our homes are placed near the things a working week actually needs: gyms, grocery stores, shopping, and bus lines, so getting to a job, a meeting or an appointment does not depend on owning a car.

02 Fully furnished homes and rooms What is already in the house

Move in with a bag. Every home comes furnished: beds and bedding, couches and chairs, and a kitchen stocked with cooking and eating utensils. You are not buying furniture in your first week of recovery.

03 Cable Television service

Some homes are equipped with cable. The majority run app-enabled televisions instead, so you sign in and watch your own shows rather than whatever is on.

04 Wi-Fi Internet

Wi-Fi is broadcast throughout the whole home, not just the common room, so you can work, study or take a telehealth appointment from wherever you are in the house.

05 Flat-screen TVs Televisions

App-enabled televisions. Every home has one in the living room, and some homes have a television in each bedroom as well.

06 Private pool Rustic Creek

A private pool at our Rustic Creek location.

07 Fitness center Rustic Creek

An on-site fitness center at Rustic Creek, so a training routine does not depend on a gym membership.

08 Community center Rustic Creek

A community center at Rustic Creek: shared space for house meetings, study, and time with other residents outside the living room.

09 Coffee lounge Rustic Creek

A coffee lounge at Rustic Creek: somewhere to start the morning, meet a sponsor, or sit with a laptop.

10 Media center Rustic Creek

A media center at Rustic Creek for films, games and group nights.

11 Pet-friendly homes Rustic Creek

One designated pet-friendly unit at Rustic Creek, so you do not have to rehome an animal to get a room. A pet agreement, eligibility and pet rules apply, and availability is limited, ask admissions.

How Eudaimonia Compares with other Austin Sober Living options

When people compare sober living in Austin, names like North Austin Sober Living, Higher Plane, and Infinite Recovery often come up. North Austin Sober Living publicly describes its model as 12-Step based and sponsor-required, Higher Plane lists a sponsor requirement and four weekly 12-step meetings, and Infinite Recovery presents sober living as part of a broader treatment continuum. Eudaimonia takes a different approach by offering fully furnished sober homes and apartments, accountability, drug testing, on-site support, and options for men, women, LGBTQ+ residents, and some pet-friendly placements. For people who want strong structure with more housing-choice flexibility, Eudaimonia is the better fit for sober living in Austin.

Compared with North Austin Sober Living, Higher Plane, and Infinite Recovery, Eudaimonia gives Austin residents more ways to match sober living to real life. Instead of comparing one house model, residents can compare apartment-style living, gender-specific homes, LGBTQ+ options, pet-friendly placements, and multiple price points while still getting clear rules, staff support, and regular testing. That combination makes Eudaimonia a stronger option for people who want accountability without giving up flexibility on privacy, budget, or housing style. Review the compiled data below.
