Work at Eudaimonia

Sober living runs on the people in the house. If you have held a hard night steady for somebody, you already know most of this job.

What the work actually is

Eudaimonia runs sober living homes — not a hospital and not a treatment center. The people who work in them keep a house safe and predictable: curfew checks, drug screens, incident logs, and the conversation with a resident who is having a bad week. It is ordinary work that matters enormously to the people it is done for.

We say the pay, the schedule and the requirements on every posting, before you spend any time on an application. If a role is not right for you, we would rather you knew in thirty seconds.

What comes with the job

  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • 401(k)
  • Employee assistance program

Benefits are the same package across Eudaimonia, Nova Recovery Center and Briarwood Detox — one employer group. A role that adds something on top says so on its own page.

Before you start the application

Applications go through Proliant, our hiring system. It is thorough: expect about 64 fields on one screen — a resume upload, your last two employers with supervisor phone numbers, two references, and a background-check consent. It takes most people fifteen to twenty minutes.

Have those to hand before you start. If you do not, use the short form below instead and HR will pick it up from there.

Rather just send us your details?

The full application above is the one that gets you into the hiring process, and it is worth the twenty minutes. But if you are reading this between shifts and do not have two references to hand, leave your details and somebody from HR will come back to you.

Goes to HR. We will not add you to a marketing list, and this is not a treatment enquiry.
