Resident Care Assistants are the people residents actually see. You hold the evening: curfew checks, safety rounds, the drug screen that happens whether or not it is convenient, and the conversation with somebody having a hard night.

Schedule

Evening shifts
Some weekend coverage

What you will do

Complete curfew checks and overnight safety rounds
Observe and document resident drug screens
Log incidents and hand information to the house manager
Support residents through the daily structure of the house
Keep common areas safe, clean and orderly

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Texas driver license
Able to pass a background check

Preferred

Lived experience of recovery
Previous work in sober living, detox or residential treatment
