Our Admissions department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our extended care admissions process is a simple phone call. We will perform a screening process with you, to ensure our extended care program is the right fit for you. This process, on average, can last 10 minutes. Upon completion of the initial screening and admissions, we will have everything ready for your arrival.

Our extended care cost is very affordable. We do work with most insurance companies from an out of network standpoint. We offer competitive rates for affordable care.
